Substance Use Community Access, Referral, Evaluation, and Support
Provides substance abuse prevention and treatment services information for individuals and families, screening and placement services, and direct referrals for consumers of Riverside County communities seeking help with substance use difficulties and questions. Requires Riverside County Medical.
Call this number for your assessment (assessment may take 1-2 hours). If you qualify for inpatient treatment, you may have a 1 week to 1 month wait for a bed to open.

Set Free- Lake Elsinore
Set Free offers a 60 day bible based recovery program with separate men’s and women’s programs. No psych. meds, criminal back ground okay, (parole and probation must clear with officer or require no visits during stay), ID is not required. No one is turned away and no one is returned to the street after they finish their program. 60 day black out- no outside contact via phones or visits, only letters.

The Hacienda Christian Life Campus offers a one year program for males 18 and older. The program is Christian based and all participants must be able to work daily. Will accept those on probation and parole, but no sex offenders or arson. ID is not required. Openings often

U-Turn For Christ
U-Turn for Christ offers a recovery program with biblical counsel, with separate men’s and women’s programs. Phase One (minimum stay) is a two month program and requires a $1000 donation. Must be able to work in community (jobs help support the local community and build job experience). Phase Two is six additional months and requires a $400 monthly donation. Will accept those on probation and parole, but no sex offenders. Must be clean for 24 hours. ID is not required. Openings often.

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center
The Salvation Army Adult Rehab Center offers a six month program for males 21 to 62 year of age. The program is Christian based and all participants must be able to work daily. Will accept those on probation and parole. ID is required and MUST test clean prior to entry. Openings often, intake Monday through Friday (if you are homeless and test clean, they may be able to intake on the weekend).
